How payment works

1. Select PayPal at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete and authorize payment.
3. After authorization, you will return to pisarenk.com for order confirmation.
4. An order confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

Payment security & data handling

Pisarenk does not collect or store PayPal login credentials or full payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by PayPal according to its security and compliance standards.

• Card and account processing is handled by PayPal.
• PayPal manages payment data in accordance with its privacy policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal transaction after returned items (if applicable) are received and reviewed, or after refund approval in accordance with our return policy.

• Refund processing time varies by PayPal and financial institution.
• Guest checkout payments are refunded through the original PayPal transaction.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you have questions about a transaction, please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. We cooperate fully with PayPal and financial institutions when disputes are initiated.
